Yet, managing your time, staying focused, and keeping up with life still seems like an uphill battle.
This isn't about forcing yourself into neurotypical systems that weren't built for your ADHD brain. This is about creating strategies that actually work for you.
ADHD Small Group Coaching is a 6-week guided experience where you'll learn, test, and refine practical tools to navigate work and lifeâwithout the overwhelm.
What the program looks like...
6 weeks of 1x 60-minute online small group coaching sessions per week.
All sessions come with worksheets and resources that you can continue to refer to past the 6-week series.

Session 2:Â A Strengths based Approach to ADHD
Topic: Exploring your unique Character Strengths
- Why being aware of our unique strengths is key to thriving with ADHD
- Learn how to lean into these strengths when life throws you a curve ball
- Share your personalised strengths assessment results and how you are going to start using them in your daily life

Session 3:Â The Subtle Art of Setting Boundaries
Topic: Maintaining Relationships While Protecting Your PeaceÂ

- Explore evidence-based strategies for staying calm and grounded when others are stressed
- Group discussion: Share experiences and brainstorm solutions for challenging relationships.

Session 4: Permission to Relax
Topic: Switching Off and Giving Yourself Permission to Recharge
- Explore the guilt that often accompanies rest and relaxation.
- Practical ways to create âoff switchesâ for your mind and body.
- Guided mindfulness activity to practice intentional relaxation.

Session 5: Mastering Time Blindness
Topic: Structuring Your Time for Balance and Joy

Session 6:Â Neuroplasticity and ADHD
Topic: Our brains unique and clever way of rewiringÂ

- Group reflection: Share one takeaway or strategy that worked during the program and how you are going to keep moving forward on your new path ahead
