“In diversity there is beauty and there is strength.”
Maya Angelou
This is my story.
My name is Caroline and I am a passionate ADHD and Executive Function Coach. It is my mission to empower busy executives, individuals, families, and students affected by ADHD. My goal is to improve their executive skills and, ultimately, their quality of life. With a diverse background in Science and Business, I bring a unique perspective to my Coaching Practice.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business with a specialisation in Human Resource Management. For over 13 years, I honed my skills in the global pharmaceutical industry, specifically in the Central Nervous System area.
My personal journey took an unexpected turn when my son was diagnosed with ADHD in 2019. I became deeply invested in understanding the complexities of ADHD and its impact on executive function. I enrolled in the prestigious ADD Coach Academy in New York, and whilst completing my ADHD Coach training, I too, like so many adults whose children are diagnosed, recieved my late ADHD diagnosis.
Currently, I coach executives, individuals, students and groups living with ADHD. In addition I dedicate my time to building the TAP (The Addvocacy Project), a initiative designed to provide useful resources to the ADHD community. Through this innovative platform, I hope to combine my coaching expertise with evidence-based strategies and tools to facilitate personal growth, improve executive skills, and enhance overall well-being.
I reside in Sydney with my partner, two teenage boys and my two golden retrievers.
The Addvocacy Project
The Addvocacy Project (TAP) is a platform created to raise awareness and advocate for individuals impacted by ADHD. Inspired by my personal experience with my son's ADHD diagnosis, TAP aims to address the lack of understanding and available resources faced by many families in similar situations.
TAP strives to be the go-to ADHD support platform, providing easy access to education, resources, current research, and a supportive community. By sharing lived experiences and knowledge, TAP aims to help others facing similar challenges and create a more inclusive society.
With a focus on advocacy, TAP seeks to increase awareness and acceptance of ADHD, while offering a range of resources for individuals and families. By fostering connections and providing support, TAP aims to empower individuals impacted by ADHD to navigate their journeys with confidence and resilience.
